STUDENT ID CARDS AND NAME TAGS
STUDENT ID CARDS AND NAME TAGS
As early as the second week of reporting to school, all Freshers are required to have their passport size photographs taken and the digital copies of the passport photographs used to prepare student ID cards and Name Tags.
Students of the college are expected to use the Student ID cards as tools of identification both within the college and outside the college to authenticate any claims of studentship. All students are also expected to carry to the examination halls and display their ID cards during Semester Examinations.
The Name tags that will be provided is expected to be used by all students during clinical practice and it is mandatory. This is to facilitate easy identification by hospital staff, patients and patient relatives at the ward. Students may also use the name tags during lectures.
Students who misplace or loose their name tags and ID cards through any circumstance should report to the ACADEMIC UNIT for replacement.
